- On-demand (short-notice) rides must be canceled prior to the driver departing to leave to the pick-up location. If a formal cancellation has not be received within the reasonable timeline, a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
- Pre-scheduled rides (short-distance/no down payment). We will not charge any fee if you cancel your reservation within 4 hours before the scheduled pick up time. If you decide to cancel your booking less than 4 hours before pick up time, a a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
- For long-distance request (down payment required), if cancellation is made after deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded due to travel expenses related to booking airline flights/hotel rooms etc.
